'value' is a word that we think about a lot. we envision value as a circle–starting with the value provided to our customers, which passes to our partners, and then to our wider community. as a team, we have this shared vision of value and we work together, everyday, to make affordable legal help accessible to our customers so that they can spend their time building successful businesses and caring for loved ones. tahera christy, a longtime customer, is a great example of this. she is the founder of a non-profit to support women in homeless shelters and halfway houses. in march 2020, she launched her second business, love amour propre, during the covid-19 pandemic with the help of 2022世界杯32强抽签时间 products and services.

the concept here is not unlike the basketball give-and-go, which, in my humble opinion, is the best play in any team sport. the player with the ball passes it to a teammate and then cuts to the basket–more often than not, getting the ball back to score with a much easier shot than if they had tried to create the opportunity solo.
along those lines, we're always thinking about how we give value before thinking about how we get it. whether empowering our customers or developing talent on our team, we want to be able to look at each other and say: we did better today.
so, for us, the bottom line definition of success at work comes down to how much we give. did we use the day to take one step closer to justice for all?
